Men's Health UrbanAthlon on TV this Week

In case any of you are curious about the race I ran back in November (Men's Health UrbanAthlon), Universal Sports will be airing a 1-hour special about this year's races.  I did get interviewed after the race, so there is a chance that I might make a short on-screen cameo.  Here are the show times:

Tuesday, December 20 at 8pm
Wednesday, December 21 at 8pm
Thursday, December 22 at 8pm

    I don't think i get that channel,Carlos. Please record it for me. I was thinking HCS should create one like it...only call it the subUrbanAthlon
